General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Sale)

1. Seller and scope

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed directly through the online shop at grannysweed.de.

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Products displayed in our online shop provide information about our available range. Customers can add products to the cart and review and correct their details before placing an order.

By submitting an order using the appropriately labelled button, the customer places a binding order. We confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded when we accept the order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown in our shop are in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT. Any shipping charges are displayed separately before the order is completed.

The payment methods available are those offered at checkout.

For payment by bank transfer, use the bank details provided during the order process and include the order number as the payment reference. We dispatch goods after payment has been received.

4. Delivery and shipping

We deliver to countries for which a shipping option is offered at checkout.

Estimated delivery times, shipping costs and any thresholds for free shipping are set out at checkout and in our shipping policy.

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods generally passes only when the goods are handed over to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer to receive them.

5. Statutory withdrawal and voluntary returns

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Further details, statutory exceptions and the model withdrawal form are provided in our returns and withdrawal policy.

In addition, we voluntarily offer a return period totalling 30 days from receipt of the goods. The conditions for these voluntary returns, particularly the required condition of returned items and return shipping costs, are explained in our returns and withdrawal policy.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Statutory rights relating to defective goods

Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods apply. If an item is defective or the wrong item was delivered, customers can contact grannysworldug@gmail.com.

These terms and conditions do not restrict statutory warranty or conformity rights.

8. Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers habitually resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected to the extent that they take precedence under applicable conflict-of-laws rules.
